Richard Casino collects no personal information, sends nothing off your device, and works entirely offline.

Richard Casino is a neon number-merge puzzle game you play entirely on your own phone. The pages that follow describe, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with the things you create while playing.

I · Collection

Information we collect

None. Richard Casino has no account system, no sign-in, no analytics, and no advertising. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, or any other personal detail, and we have no servers that could receive such information.

II · Storage

What lives on your device

For the game to work, the following is kept in the operating system's local storage, on your phone, and nowhere else:

Your level progress — which levels you have completed, the stars earned, and your best score for each level.
Game settings and preferences, such as sound and display options, stored as simple key/value pairs.

None of it is uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes every byte.

III · Permissions

What the app asks for

Richard Casino requests no runtime permissions — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photo access. On Android the app declares the standard internet permission that ships with every Flutter project, but the game makes no network connections and does not use it.

IV · Network

What goes over the wire

Nothing. Richard Casino is fully offline. It does not contact any server, download content, or transmit data while you play. You can run it in airplane mode with no loss of functionality.

V · Third parties

Who else is involved

No third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs are integrated. If you tap the in-game share button, your device's own share sheet opens so you can send a message yourself; the app does not transmit anything on its own, and what you share goes only where you direct it through your chosen app.

Younger readers

Richard Casino is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information and connects to no network, it does not knowingly gather data from children or anyone else, and it complies with COPPA and GDPR-K by simply not collecting data in the first place.

VII · Your rights

What you can do

Since all data stays on your device, you remain in full control of it. You can clear the app's data from your system settings at any time, or uninstall Richard Casino to delete your progress and preferences completely. There is no account to close and no server-side copy to request.

Changes to this policy

If anything in this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be revised, and material changes will appear in the app's release notes.
